Southern Center for International Studies (SCIS) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of Personal Information collected about its Users. "Personal Information" includes, but is not limited to, usage data, along with the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information of Southerncenter.org Users. SCIS collects Personal Information during site registration and store purchases, and other user registration processes. In addition, SCIS collects Personal Information from Southerncenter.org Users in the form of usage data (for example, length of session, pages viewed, etc.).

Children
Children should always ask parents for permission before providing any Personal Information to SCIS or purchasing any products or services from SCIS. SCIS expressly adheres to all laws and policies related to children's privacy.

Security
SCIS only collects Personal Information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve its legitimate business purposes, and it uses security technology to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of all Personal Information. In addition, SCIS uses security measures in connection with the collection and transmission of Personal Information during the Southerncenter.org registration process. Nonetheless, SCIS is not responsible for any breach of its security or for the actions of any third parties that may obtain any Personal Information.

Changes to Policy
SCIS reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time by notifying Southerncenter.org Users (through posting a notice at this location or by e-mail) of the existence of a new Privacy Policy or any updates.
